Back on November 20th, we celebrated our one year marriage anniversary and our fifth year of being a couple. On Friday night, we went out to celebrate at The Strand Theater in Clinton, MA. They were playing It's A Wonderful Life which is one of my all-time favorite movies with James Stewart who is hands down one of my all-time favorite actors. Plus it was Jon's first time seeing it. I knew he would love it!
They play a lot of the old classics but also play current movies as well.
We had a great time and the movie theater has a lot of food you can choose from so we had a few snacks while watching. It was a packed house with people from all ages. At the end of the movie I always, always cry when people start pouring into the Bailey house to give them money. Jon adored the movie and said it was one of the greatest movies he has ever seen.
Here's a clip of part of the ending:
"Remember no man is a failure who has friends."
